摘要 为服务本省十大千亿级工业产业,尽快将资源优势转化为产业优势和经济优势,贵州省实施了重点矿产资源大精查项目,取得了非常好的效果。为深入贯彻“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念,有必要调整、优化传统勘查技术手段,在勘查中实施资源与环境保护,在勘查后实施恢复与治理,创新相关装备、工艺和材料等,实现环境扰动的最小化。井下坑道钻探大多在地下数百米甚至上千米深度施工,具有物资进出场困难、通水通风通电条件复杂、作业空间狭窄、设备能力受限制、安全风险高、人员心理素质考验严峻等典型特点,施工难度非常大。为突破角度斜、孔深大、精度要求高的三大技术瓶颈,本文围绕HTZB-1000型便携式钻机工艺特点,以松桃县李家湾锰矿坑道钻探项目为例,阐述这种便携式钻机在绿色勘查中的应用价值。 In order to serve the province’s ten hundred billion industrial industries and transform resource advantages into industrial and economic advantages as soon as possible,Guizhou Province has implemented a large-scale inspection project of key mineral resources,which has achieved very good results.In order to thoroughly implement the concept of "clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver",it is necessary to adjust and optimize traditional exploration techniques,implement resources and environmental protection in the exploration,implement restoration and governance after the exploration,and innovate related equipment,processes and materials to minimize environmental disturbances.Most of the underground tunnel drilling is carried out at a depth of hundreds of meters or even thousands of meters underground,which has typical characteristics such as difficulty in entering and leaving the field,complicated conditions for water,ventilation and electricity,narrow working space,limited equipment capacity,high safety risk,and severe psychological quality test of personnel,and the construction is very difficult.In order to break through the three technical bottlenecks of oblique angle,large hole depth and high precision requirements,focusing on the technological characteristics of the HTZB-1000 portable drilling rig,this paper takes the tunnel drilling project of the Lijiawan Manganese mine in Songtao County as an example to illustrate the application value of this portable drilling rig in green exploration.
