摘要
介绍了重水堆电站控制计算机视频隔离板卡在系统中的作用和缺陷现象,然后利用电路原理分析其缺陷发生的可能故障点,针对这些故障点依次进行多项检查,得到由于场同步V信号通道引入了H通道的高频噪声导致场同步扫描不停地换页而黑屏的直接原因。最后,在根本原因分析时,发现了该板卡光耦的VCC与GND之间缺少0.1uf电容的设计缺陷,并且做出设计改进。本文对重水堆电站控制计算机视频隔离板卡的设计改进,提高了重水堆视频隔离板卡的稳定性,保障了重水堆机组稳定安全运行,同时故障诊断和测试过程为此类板卡故障定位提供了指导思路和实践经验。
This paper at first introduces the role which video isolation board plays in the system of heavy water reactor power plant control computer and the defect phenomenon(splashed black screen).Through the principle analysis of defect in the circuit,the probable failure points were identified.After failure retrieval and four type analysis on board,the direct cause of the black screen is obvious that the high-frequency noise of synchronous V signal channel is invaded by the H channel when the field synchronous is scanning,and later during root cause analysis,it was found that the design bug of the optical couplers is lacking 0.1uF capacitor between VCC and GND.At the end,this paper gives design improvements of the video isolation board for the control computer of heavy water reactor power station,which fixes the stability of the video isolation board and provides more reliability and safety to the operation of the heavy water reactor unit.At the meanwhile,the fault diagnosis and testing process accumulates guidance and practical experience to this kind of board.
