摘要
某核电厂大型油浸式变压器监测本体储油柜内的油位是通过液压机械传动测量系统实现的。压力式油位计的传感器通过法兰连接的方式安装在储油柜下方,油位计长时间运行后多次出现法兰连接结构处渗油的缺陷,更换油位计时需将储油柜内的变压器油排空,且更换过程十分复杂。针对此类故障问题,分析了故障发生的原因,为提高设备运行的可靠性,指出了对油位监测装置实施改造的必要性。设计了新型储油柜油位测量装置,利用“连通器”原理,采用导波雷达测量液位的方式测量储油柜内变压器油位。该装置降低油位计渗油故障率,同时在不需要将储油柜变压器油排空的工况下,即可实施油位监测装置更换工作。分析并研究了改造方案,对比分析了改造前后设备结构。
Large oil immersion transformer monitors the oil level in the body storage cabinet is achieved by hydraulic mechanical transmission measurement systems in a nuclear power plant.The sensor of the pressure oil level gauge is mounted below the flange,and the flange connection structure is defective after the oil level is long,and the oil level is required to replace the oil level.Transformer oil is emptied,and the replacement process is very complicated.In response to such fault problems,the cause of the fault occurred,in order to improve the reliability of the equipment operation,it is pointed out the necessity of implementing the transformation of the oil level monitoring device.The new type of oil storage cabinet oil level measuring device is designed.The transformer oil level in the oil storage cabinet is measured by means of a"connector"principle.The device is measured in the oil level of the oil level,which reduces the oil level impervious oil failure.The oil level monitoring device can be implemented under the operating conditions of the oil storage cabinet transformer oil.The modification plan was analyzed and studied,and the structure of the equipment before and after the transformation was analyzed.
