海上油田大排量分层测调注水技术研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对海上油田注水井的大排量注水需求及工艺发展缺乏大排量分层测调注水工具、方法的问题,开发了海上油田大排量分层测调注水技术。通过设计研发的大排量注水工作筒、大量程测调仪器和地面控制设备,实现注水井多层段大排量分层注入和注水量在线监测、测调一体,满足油藏大排量精确配注需求。现场应用试验表明:大排量注水工作筒满足全井最大注入量3000m^(3)/d,单层1MPa压损下最大注入量1450m^(3)/d,测调仪器测量范围50m^(3)/d~3000m^(3)/d,流量测试精度≤3%,分层调配精度≤5%,测调工作筒水嘴开关顺利,与测调仪器配合良好,测调仪器与地面控制器通讯良好、测调性能可靠,满足海上油田大排量测调注水需求,同时为现有海上油田大排量污水回注提供借鉴思路,具有较大的现场应用推广价值。 Aiming at the large-displacement water injection demand of water injection wells in offshore oilfields and the lack of large-displacement layered testing and adjusting water injection tools and methods in process development,a large-displacement stratified water injection technology for offshore oilfields has been developed.Through the design and development of large-displacement water injection mandrels,large-scale measurement and adjustment instruments and ground control equipment,the integration of large-displacement layered injection and water injection volume online monitoring,measurement and adjustment in multi-layer sections of water injection wells can meet the requirements of large-displacement and accurate reservoirs.Annotation requirements.The field application test shows that the large-displacement water injection mandrel can meet the maximum injection rate of 3000m^(3)/d in the whole well,the maximum injection rate under the pressure loss of single layer 1MPa is 1450m^(3)/d,the measurement range of the measuring instrument is 0~3000m^(3)/d,and the flow test accuracy is less than or equal to 3%,the layered deployment accuracy is less than or equal to 5%,the nozzle of the mandrel is switched on and off smoothly,and it cooperates well with the measurement and adjustment instrument.The measurement and adjustment instrument has good communication with the ground controller,and the measurement and adjustment performance is reliable.At the same time,it provides a reference idea for the large-displacement sewage reinjection in the existing offshore oilfields,and has a great field application and promotion value.
