低压用户可靠性统计路线经济性分析

摘要 针对电力低压用户分布广泛、数据量大、运行数据采集难的问题,提出低压拓扑、智能电能表、客户报障3种低压供电可靠性统计技术路线,并对各技术路线进行经济性分析。结果表明,低压拓扑路线统计指标完整性、准确性较高,前期投入较大,后期维护成本较高,适用于可靠性要求较高、低压台区基础数据管理水平较高的区域;智能电能表路线统计指标对数据处理算法依赖度较高,前期投入最大,后期维护成本较低,适用于智能电能表应用较为成熟、低压台区基础管理水平也较好的区域;客户报障路线统计指标随机性较大,但其对基础数据、信息系统等要求较低,投入及后期维护成本最低,适用于各种类型区域。 Aiming at the problems including wide distribution,large amount of data and difficult acquisition of operation data for low⁃voltage users,three statistical technical routes of low⁃voltage power supply reliability are proposed,including low⁃voltage topology,smart energy meter,and customer fault reporting,and economic analysis of each technical route are carried out.The results show that the statistical indexes of low⁃voltage topology technology route are relatively complete and accurate,with large investment in the early stage and high maintenance cost in the later period.It is suitable for areas with high reliability requirements and high level of basic data management in low-voltage station areas.The statistical indexes of intelligent electric energy meter routes are highly dependent on data processing algorithms,with the largest investment in the early stage and low maintenance cost in the later period,which is suitable for areas with mature application of intelligent electric energy meter and good basic management level of low⁃voltage station areas.The statistical indexes of customer barrier reporting route are pretty random,but they have low requirements for basic data,and information systems,and have the lowest investment and later maintenance cost,which is applicable to all types of areas.
