摘要
奉节口前污水厂位于重庆市奉节县口前片区,一期规模3万t/d,其CASS池间歇出水的瞬时峰值流量超过后续反硝化深床滤池在无调节池情况下的处理能力,使得出的水质难以稳定达到一级A标准。利用现状构筑物的调蓄作用,可以实现深床滤池从瞬时的大流量进水向连续的中小流量进水的转变,保证生产运行稳定,为今后解决类似规模厂站的SBR工艺出水与后续深度处理单元进水水量不匹配问题提供参考。
Fengjie Kouqian Sewage Treatment Plant is located in Kouqian District,Fengjie County,Chongqing.The scale of phase I is 30000 t/d.The instantaneous peak flow of intermittent effluent from its Cass tank exceeds the treatment capacity of subsequent denitrification deep bed filter without regulating tank,making it difficult for the effluent quality to stably reach class I a standard.Using the regulation and storage function of the current structures,the transformation of the deep bed filter from instantaneous large flow inflow to continuous medium and small flow inflow can be realized,so as to ensure the stable production and operation,and provide a reference for solving the mismatch between the SBR process effluent of similar scale plants and the subsequent advanced treatment unit in the future.
