摘要
为从定量角度了解我国野鸟粪便研究现状,分析该研究领域存在的问题,采用文献计量学方法,基于“中国知网”CNKI数据库1987—2021年文献进行统计分析。结果显示:我国野鸟粪便研究总体呈增长趋势,且与禽流感病毒关系密切;研究内容日益丰富,研究热点由禽流感病毒和野生鸟类,逐步转向粪便污染、标记物、分离鉴定、肠道微生物、时空变化等多个学科领域;同时也存在研究团体间合作欠缺、预防医学及传染病学领域研究不足、基金资助偏少等问题。结果提示,应加强研究团体间合作,注重预防医学及传染病等领域开拓,加大研究经费支持,进一步加强我国野鸟粪便研究,持续推动野鸟人兽共患病动态监测,保障全人类健康。
In order to investigate the status of researches on feces of wild birds in China from a quantitative point of view,and to analyze any problems available in the field,a bibliometric method was used for statistical analysis based on the literature collected into CNKI database from 1987 to 2021.The results showed that the researches tended to increase in general and was closely related to avian influenza virus(AIV),with increasingly abundant contents to be studied,the focus had been gradually transferring to fecal contamination,markers,isolation and identification,intestinal microbes,spatiotemporal changes,and other multidisciplinary areas from AIV and wild birds;however,some shortcomings were also observed,such as lack of cooperation among relevant organizations,insufficient research in preventive medicine and infectious diseases,and insufficient fund support.In conclusion,it was necessary to strengthen cooperation among relevant organizations,pay attention to the development of preventive medicine and infectious diseases,and increase fund support for future researches,so as to further strengthen researches on feces of wild birds in China,and continue to promote dynamic monitoring for wild bird zoonoses,and ensure human’s health.
