摘要
目的探究盐酸特拉唑嗪联合养血清脑颗粒对高血压患者24 h动脉收缩压变异性(24 h SBPV)、24 h动脉舒张压变异性(24 h DBPV)水平的影响。方法选取高血压患者140例,随机分为盐酸特拉唑嗪组和联合治疗组,各70例,盐酸特拉唑嗪组用盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗,联合治疗组用盐酸特拉唑嗪联合养血清脑颗粒治疗。检测患者血压、血压变异性指标水平,用胆固醇氧化酶法检测总胆固醇(TC)水平,用脂肪酶法检测三酰甘油(TG)水平,用酶联免疫吸附实验法检测谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平,用散射比浊法检测血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)水平,用流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞亚群水平,对比2组治疗有效率。结果治疗后,与盐酸特拉唑嗪组相比,联合治疗组收缩压、舒张压、24 h SBPV和24 h DBPV水平均降低(P<0.05),联合治疗组TC、TG、OX-LDL、AngⅡ、ET-1和CD8+水平均降低,GSH-Px、CAT、NO、CD4+和CD3+水平均升高(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗有效率高于盐酸特拉唑嗪组(P<0.05)。结论使用盐酸特拉唑嗪联合养血清脑颗粒治疗高血压患者,患者收缩压、舒张压、24 h SBPV和24 h DBPV水平及血脂水平明显改善,氧化应激损伤得到缓解,内皮功能、免疫功能得到提升,治疗效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of trazosin hydrochloride combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules on the levels of 24 hours arterial systolic pressure variability(24 hours SBPV)and 24 hours arterial diastolic pressure variability(24 hours DBPV)in patients with hypertension.Methods 140 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into trazosin hydrochloride group and combined treatment group,70 cases in each group.The trazosin hydrochloride group were treated with trazosin hydrochloride only,and the combined treatment group were treated with terazosin hydrochloride combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules additionally.The blood pressure and blood pressure variability were measured.The total cholesterol(TC)was detected by cholesterol oxidase,the triglyceride(TG)was detected by lipase method,and the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL)and catalase(CAT)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ),endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)were detected by scattering turbidimetry.The levels of Tlymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry.The therapeutic efficiency of the 2 groups was compared.Results After treatment,compared with terazosin hydrochloride group,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,24 hours SBPV and 24 hours DBPV levels in the combined treatment group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with terazosin hydrochloride group,the levels of TC,TG,OX-LDL,AngⅡ,ET-1 and CD8+in the combined treatment group were lower,and the levels of GSH Px,CAT,NO,CD4+and CD3+were higher(P<0.05).The effective rate of combined treatment group was higher than that of terazosin hydrochloride group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trazosin hydrochloride combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules can significantly improve the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,24 hours SBPV and 24 hours DBPV levels and blood lipid levels,relieve the oxidative stress injury,and improve the endothelial function and immune function.The treatment effect is significant.
