摘要
目的:分析斯金纳教学法在置入PICC肿瘤患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年9月在中山市人民医院住院的行PICC的186例术后肿瘤患者,按照入院顺序编号,再对编号根据随机数字表法随机分成试验组与对照组,每组93例。试验组给予基于斯金纳教学法的健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育。比较两组PICC自我管理能力量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表和一般自我效能量表评分。结果:出院后1、2、3、4周,试验组PICC自我管理能力量表评分均高于对照组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均低于对照组,一般自我效能感量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:斯金纳教学法在置入PICC肿瘤患者健康教育中的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者的身心状态,提高其自我管理能力与自我效能,减轻焦虑程度,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Skinner teaching method in health education for tumor patients with implanted PICC.Method:A total of 186 postoperative cancer patients underwent PICC hospitalized in Zhongshan People’s Hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected,they were numbered according to admission order and then randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 93 patients in each group.The experimental group was given health education based on Skinner teaching method,and the control group was given conventional health education.PICC self-management ability scale,Hamilton anxiety scale and general self-efficacy scale scores were compared between the two groups.Result:At 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after discharge,scores of PICC self-management ability scale,Hamilton anxiety scale and general self-efficacy scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Skinner teaching method has a significant effect in the health education of tumor patients with implanted PICC,it can significantly improve the physical and mental state of patients,improve their self-management ability and self-efficacy,and reduce the degree of anxiety,it is worth popularizing.
