摘要
目的:责任制优质护理全程追踪模式对宫颈癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2020年1月武穴市第一人民医院收治的宫颈癌化疗患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予责任制优质护理全程追踪模式干预,采用Piper癌性疲乏量表(PFS)比较2组患者干预前后疲劳情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较2组患者干预前后的睡眠质量,同时比较2组患者的护理依从性及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理依从性与护理满意度均高于对照组,癌性疲乏PFS评分低于对照组,PSQI评分低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组护理效果优于对照组。结论:责任制优质护理全程追踪模式可改善宫颈癌化疗患者的癌因性疲乏,提高患者的睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of responsibility system quality nursing follow-up model on cancer-induced fatigue and sleep quality in patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 84 patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy admitted to Wuxue First People′s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given responsibility system quality nursing whole-course follow-up model intervention.The Piper fatigue Pipers′Fatigue Scale(PFS)was compared before and after intervention and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality before and after intervention,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared at the same time.Results:The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group,the PFS score of cancer fatigue was lower than the control group,and the PSQI score was lower than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05),and the nursing effect of the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The whole-course follow-up model of responsible quality nursing can improve the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy.
