摘要
目的探讨骨伤中药方配合正骨理筋疗法对桡骨远端骨折术后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取台州市中医院2018年8月至2019年6月收治的70例桡骨远端骨折术后患者,按掷硬币法分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组给予功能锻炼、镇痛、消肿等对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合骨伤中药方配合正骨理筋疗法治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肿胀消失时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组腕关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率97.14%高于对照组85.71%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对桡骨远端骨折术后患者采取骨伤中药方配合正骨理筋疗法效果显著,可有效促进腕关节功能恢复,减少住院时间。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with bone setting and tendon regulating therapy for the rehabilitation of patients with distal radius fracture after operation.Methods From August 2018 to June 2019,70 cases of patients with distal radius fracture were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by coin tossing method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment such as functional exercise,analgesia and detumescence,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Zhenggu Lijin therapy in the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling disappearance time,hospitalization time,fracture healing time and pain relief time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wrist function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 85.71%of the control group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with bone setting and tendon regulating therapy for postoperative patients with distal radius fracture is significant,which can effectively improve the recovery of wrist joint function and reduce the length of hospital stay.
