摘要
汽车安全玻璃破碎是经常出现的问题,破碎发生在终端客户时,会给客户造成伤害或财产损失,会给整车厂和玻璃制造商带来企业声誉损害;在生产过程中,发生破碎会给企业带来经济损失。汽车安全玻璃主要分为夹层玻璃和钢化玻璃,本文仅分析钢化玻璃的破碎。从钢化玻璃的原理到制造过程,分析造成玻璃破碎的多种因素,提出设计生产过程的必要条件和有效的过程控制方法,以降低钢化玻璃破碎的概率。
Breakage of automotive safety glass is a frequent problem.When breakage occurs at the end customer,it will cause injury or property loss to the customer,and will bring damage to the reputation of the original equipment manufacturer and the glass manufacturer.During the production process,the breakage will cause bring economic losses to the enterprise.Automotive safety glass is mainly divided into laminated glass and tempered glass.This article only analyzes the breakage of tempered glass.From the mechanism of tempered glass to the manufacturing process,this article analyzes the various factors that cause glass breakage,and proposes the necessary conditions for designing the production process and effective process control methods to reduce the probability of tempered glass breakage.
