摘要 针对低渗透油田水平井压裂见水后含水上升快、产油下降快,多次注水调整效果逐渐变差,机械堵水存在套管外水窜的问题,开展了水平井化学堵水技术研究。从提高堵剂封堵效果、合理化注入工艺,设计三段塞立体封堵工艺,同时配合注水调整,扩大水驱波及体积,挖掘水平井区内剩余油潜能,多方面入手增加井区的经济效益。现场试验3口井,油井产能与措施前相比,已累积增油991.3 t,取得了较好的应用效果,实现水平井控水由“井筒控制”转向“地层控制”,有效控制水淹、水窜等有害现象的发生,为低渗透油田水平井压裂后稳油控水提供有力的技术支持。 In view of the rapid rise of water cut and rapid decline of oil production after hydraulic fracturing of horizontal wells in low permeability oilfields,the gradual deterioration of the effect of multiple water injection adjustment,and the problem of water channeling outside casing in mechanical water shutoff,the research on chemical water shutoff technology of horizontal wells is carried out.In this paper,the three-dimensional plugging process of three slugs is designed to improve the effect of plugging agent and rationalize the injection process.At the same time,it is combined with water injection adjustment to expand the swept volume of water drive,taping the potential of remaining oil in the horizontal well area and increasing the economic benefit of the well area.In the field test of 3 wells,the oil well productivity has increased by 991.3 t compared with the measures is applied before,and achieved good application results.The water control of horizontal wells has changed from"wellbore control"to"formation control",which has effectively controlled the occurrence of harmful phenomena such as water flooding and water channeling,provided strong technical support for stabilizing oil and controlling water after hydraulic fracturing of horizontal wells in low permeability oilfields.
