摘要
作为一名大国领袖,习近平在政党治理、国家治理乃至全球治理理念中均体现了他的“君子之交”观,这充分反映了习近平治理理念中蕴藏的深厚的传统文化根基。就其具体意蕴来说,在政党治理上,他强调要形成一种清清爽爽的同志关系,规规矩矩的上下级关系;在国家治理上,他提出要构建一种“亲”“清”的新型政商关系;在全球治理上,他则倡导一种周边外交中的亲、诚、惠、容理念。
As a leader of major country,Xi Jinping embodies his governance philosophy of“Relations Between Men of Virtue”for party governance,state governance and global governance,which sufficiently reflects the profound traditional cultural foundation of Xi Jinping Thought.Specifically,in terms of Party governance,he stressed the need to form a refreshing comradely relationship and a well-behaved relationship between superiors and subordinates.In terms of national governance,he proposed to construct a new type of a cordial and clean relationship between government and business.In terms of global governance,he advocates the philosophy of“famity,honesty,mutual benefit,and inclusiveness”in peripheral diplomacy.
