摘要
阐述了型号产品压力试验多余物控制的重要性,从试验准备、产品装配、充气保压、产品分解、周转运输等过程着手,按压力试验流程,分析了影响多余物控制的因素,结合压力试验流程提出了复合气瓶压力试验过程中多余物控制与预防的方法,总结了压力试验常用的多余物检查及清理方法。
This paper elaborates the importance of the control of extra materials in pressure tests for products,analyzes the factors affecting the control of extra materials from the process of test preparation,product assembly, inflation and pressure preservation, product disassembly, transfer and transportation according to the pressure test procedure. Combined with the test procedure,a method of controlling and preventing extra materials in the pressure test of compound gas cylinder is put forward,and common ways of checking and cleaning of foreign matters in pressure test are summarized.
