摘要
文章针对制革、造纸、石油化工以及各类化学品制造过程中产生硫代硫酸盐废水污染环境的问题,采用微生物氧化降解法去除硫代硫酸盐,以代替成本较高的化学氧化法。通过分析近年有关微生物降解硫代硫酸盐的相关文献,对高效无污染的微生物降解方法进行总结。结果表明,微生物氧化法包括利用单一自养和异养菌种以及混合菌株对硫代硫酸盐的降解,同时因不同菌株的微生物降解途径有所差异,进而通过比较单一菌株与混合菌株降解硫代硫酸盐的差异性,表明混合菌株的降解效果较好。文章提出在未来需根据废水中硫代硫酸盐的种类,研发具有特异性且高效性的微生物降解混合菌群,可为解决废水中硫代硫酸盐的污染问题提供参考。
In view of the environmental pollution caused by thiosulfate wastewater generated in the tanning,papermaking,petrochemical,and various chemical manufacturing processes,microbial oxidative degradation method is used to remove thiosulfate to replace the costly chemical oxidation method.By studying the relevant literature on microbial degradation of thiosulfate in recent years,the high-efficiency and pollution-free microbial degradation methods are summarized.The results show that the microbial oxidation method includes the use of single autotrophic and heterotrophic strains and mixed strains to degrade thiosulfate.At the same time,due to the differences in the microbial degradation pathways of different strains,the difference between a single strain and a mixed strain in the degradation of thiosulfate is compared,and the comparison shows that the degradation effect of the mixed strain is better.The results suggest that in future applications,it is necessary to develop specific and efficient microbial degradation mixed flora according to the types of thiosulfate in wastewater,in order to provide a reference for solving the problem of thiosulfate pollution in wastewater.
