摘要
研究了低压金属型和砂型铸造的超长铝合金箱体的组织和性能。结果表明低压金属型铸造的铝合金箱体横梁和底座的性能均高于砂型铸造的,同样条件下,底座处的性能高于横梁处的。低压金属型铸造的晶粒比砂型铸造的细小,二次枝晶臂间距降低60%,组织更均匀,拉伸性能提高20%以上。
The microstructure and properties of ultra-long aluminum alloy beam cast by low pressure die casting and sand casting were studied.The results show that the properties of the beam and the base of the beam cast by low pressure die casting are higher than those cast by sand casting.Under the same conditions,the properties of the base are higher than those of the beam.The grain size of low-pressure die casting is smaller than that of sand casting,the secondary dendrite arm spacing is reduced by 60%,the structure is more uniform,and the tensile properties are improved by more than 20%.
