摘要
五星教学法是一种集“聚焦问题—激活旧知—示证新知—应用新知—融会贯通”五个环节于一体的循环式闭合教学模式,它改变了过去教师只注重教学信息呈现,而忽略有效教学特征的弊端,取得了很好的教学效果。文章以旅游管理专业核心课程“旅游学概论”为例,选取第三章旅游产品与供给的内容构建了五星教学法在课程教学过程中的实现路径与方法,同时对课程的具体开展进行了“线上+线下”的混合式课程设计,提出了新方法下考核方式应做出的相应调整。
Five-star instruction is an integrated cyclic closed teaching mode which includes problem,activation,demonstration,application,and integration.It has achieved good teaching results by changing the old model in which teachers only paid attention to the presentation of teaching information and ignored the of effective teaching characteristics.The article took the Introduction to Tourism,the core course of tourism management major,as an example,selected the tourism products supply from the third chapter,and constructed the path and method based on five-star instruction in the course teaching process.It also carried out a hybrid course design by using both online and offline resources and proposed the corresponding adjustments to the assessment method in the new context.
