摘要
组合药型罩形成的毁伤元在水中侵彻能力大大加强,设计一种锥-球组合的药型罩,分析不同结构参数对锥-球组合药型罩形成的水中毁伤元的影响,确定3种不同装药结构分别为锥罩角度、锥罩壁厚、装药长径比进行数值模拟。研究表明,在研究的范围内,当长径比达到1.4以上时,水中毁伤元的头部速度变化不明显;在锥罩角度为56°时,水中毁伤元头部速度最大;锥罩壁厚为2 mm时,水中毁伤元的综合性能表现优异。
The penetration ability of the damage element formed by the combined charge liner in water is greatly strengthened.A cone ball lack combined charge liner is designed.The effects of different structural parameters on the damage element formed by the cone ball combined charge liner in water are analyzed.Three different charge structures are determined:cone liner angle,cone liner wall thickness and charge length diameter ratio for numerical simulation.The research shows that within the research range,when the length diameter ratio reaches more than 1.4,the head velocity of the underwater damage element does not change significantly.When the cone cover angle is 56°,the head velocity of the underwater damage element is the largest.When the cone cover wall thickness is 2 mm,the comprehensive performance of the underwater damage element is excellent.
