赤峰市水环境承载力综合评价 被引量:1

摘要 根据赤峰市水环境承载力实际情况选取19个生态、经济和社会评价指标,基于驱动力-压力-状态-管理模型(Driving-Pressure-State-Manage)建立赤峰市水环境承载力评价指标体系,对2010-2019年赤峰市水环境承载力动态进行综合评价,采用spearman的秩相关系数评价赤峰市水环境承载力趋势,并采用向量模法评价驱动力-压力-状态-管理子系统对水环境承载力的影响状况。结果表明,2010-2019年赤峰市水环境承载力呈平稳的状态,压力子系统与状态子系统是影响水环境承载力的主要的两个子系统。压力系统与状态系统中城市污水排放量及人均耕地面积的增加,水资源总量的变化呈波动型,是影响水环境承载力的主要影响因素。赤峰地区水资源依然缺乏,水资源利用率、污水处理能力有待于进一步提高,确保赤峰市水环境与社会经济的协调发展。 Nineteen ecological,economic and social evaluation indexes were selected according to the actual situation of water environmental carrying capacity in Chifeng city,and the evaluation index system of water environmental carrying capacity in Chifeng City was established based on driving-pressure-state-manage model.This paper comprehensively evaluated the dynamics of water environmental carrying capacity in Chifeng city from 2010 to 2019.Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the trend of water environmental carrying capacity in Chifeng City,and vector mode method was used to evaluate the influence of driving force,pressure,state and management subsystem on water environmental carrying capacity.The results show that the water environmental carrying capacity of Chifeng city is stable from 2010 to 2019,and the pressure subsystem and the state subsystem are the two main subsystems that affect the water environmental carrying capacity.In the pressure system and state system,the increase of urban sewage discharge and per capita cultivated land area,and the change of total water resources are the main influencing factors of water environmental carrying capacity.Chifeng area is still short of water resources,the utilization rate of water resources,sewage treatment capacity to be further improved,to ensure the coordinated development of Chifeng water environment and social economy.
