三维度超级膜刷复合密封在烧结带冷机上的应用

摘要 为解决马钢烧结带冷机漏风率严重和制约余热回收效率的问题,开发和运用了三维度超级膜刷复合密封装置,通过对该装置的结构进行介绍,并对安装方案进行了优化,消除了传统的密封装置的缺点,取得了很好的密封效果。使用该装置后,带冷机高温段漏风率得到有效降低,对烧结矿的提质、降低电耗以及增加余热回收起到明显的效果。 In order to solve the problem of serious air leakage rate of sintering belt cooler and restricting the efficiency of waste heat recovery, a three-dimensional super film brush composite sealing device is developed and used. By introducing the structure of the device and optimizing the installation scheme, the shortcomings of the traditional sealing device are eliminated and a good sealing effect is obtained. The air leakage rate of the high temperature section of the belt cooler is effectively after use, and it has an obvious effect on improving sinter quality, reducing power consumption and increasing waste heat recovery.
