摘要
农业综合开发是我国保护、支持农业发展,改善农业生产基本条件的重要措施。该文利用我国31个省份1994-2016年的面板数据进行实证分析,探讨了农业综合开发与农业灾害的关系。结果表明,农业综合开发投资可以显著减少农业受灾率和成灾率,具有防灾减灾的效果;农业综合开发的灾害控制效果存在区域异质性。
Agricultural comprehensive development is one of the important measures to protect and support agricul⁃tural development in China,which aims to improve basic condition for agricultural production.In this paper,we use a long-period panel data covered 31 provinces from 1994 to 2016 to bridge the linkage between agricultural compre⁃hensive development and agricultural disasters.Results show that,agricultural comprehensive development has sig⁃nificant disaster-prevention effect.We find the damage of agricultural disasters will decrease due to the agricultural comprehensive development.Moreover,disaster-prevention effect also shows a significant heterogeneity effect in the spatial dimension.
