摘要
目的探讨对腰椎间盘突出症(herniated lumbar disc,LDH)行手术治疗且术后出现腰腿痛的患者,应用针灸联合骶管封闭治疗的效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年10月收治的80例研究对象随机分成试验组与对照组各40例,对照组采取常规抗感染联合骶管封闭治疗方式,而试验组则在对照组的基础上联合中医针灸治疗,对比两组治疗效果、中药症候积分变化、疼痛及腰椎功能改善情况。结果试验组92.50%的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组75.00%的总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者腰腿刺痛、麻木感、夜间疼痛、腰部板硬各项中医症候评分均是明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分较治疗前降低,而试验组显著低于对照组,治疗后两组JOA评分均较治疗前提高,而试验组高于对照组,以上评分组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用针灸联合骶管封闭治疗LDH术后腰腿痛的效果满意,有效缓解患者疼痛及改善腰椎功能,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with sacral canal closure on patients with lumbar and leg pain after surgery of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 80 research subjects who were admitted from February 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional anti-infection combined with sacral canal sealing,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,the change of TCM symptom score,the pain and the improvement of lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 92.50%in experimental group was significantly higher than 75.00%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of lumbago tingling,numbness,night pain and lumbago rigidity in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment,while the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group.JOA scores of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,while the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with sacral canal sealing in the treatment of lumbar and leg pain after LDH has a satisfactory effect,effectively alleviating pain and improving lumbar spine function,which is worthy of promotion.
