摘要
目的探析细节优化手术室管理模式对麻醉手术室工作的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月该院麻醉手术室工作的医务人员40名进行分析,按照随机抽样分组法分为两组,各20名。参比组应用基础管理模式,观察组应用细节优化手术室管理模式。分析两组麻醉手术室工作的医务人员进行管理后的相关知识掌握程度、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医务人员的相关知识掌握程度好于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的工作能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对麻醉手术室工作的医务人员进行管理时,使用细节优化手术室管理模式能够丰富医务人员相关知识,锻炼医务人员工作能力,提高管理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of detail optimization of operating room management mode on the work of anesthesia operating room.Methods 40 medical staff working in the anesthesia operating room of the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected for analysis.They were randomly divided into two groups,20 peple in each group.The basic management mode was applied in the reference group,and the operating room management mode was optimized in the observation group.The degree of mastery of relevant knowledge,working ability and management satisfaction of the medical staff working in the anesthesia operating room were analyzed.Results After management,the level of relevant knowledge of medical staff in the observation group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the working ability of medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patient management satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in anesthesia operating room,using details to optimize the operating room management mode can enrich the relevant knowledge of medical staff,exercise the working ability of medical staff,and improve management satisfaction.
