摘要
目的:分析沛县地区患者对药品带量采购政策的认知度和满意度,视其实施后是否能减轻患者的经济压力。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年8月江苏沛县1350名门诊患者为研究对象,用问卷调查方式收集相关数据,采用单因素分析和多因素二元Logistic回归分析,分析患者对药品带量采购政策的认知度和满意度。结果:(1)单因素分析结果表明,年龄、收入、居住地、学历、工作状况、有无医药背景均是患者对药品带量采购政策的认知度影响因素;多因素分析结果表明收入、学历、有无医药背景是患者对药品带量采购政策的认知度独立影响因素。(2)单因素分析结果表明,年龄、有无医药背景、对政策的认知情况均是患者对政策的满意度影响因素,多因素分析结果表明仅有无医药背景及对政策的认知情况是患者对政策的满意度的独立影响因素。结论:加大宣传力度,提高患者对药品带量采购政策的认知度和满意度,有利于国家扩大该政策的适用范围与良性影响。
Objective:The paper attempts to explore the awareness and satisfaction of patients in Peixian County on the centralized drug procurement,depending on whether its implementation can reduce the economic pressure of patients.Methods:1350 outpatients in Peixian County,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.Questionnaires were distributed to collect data.The patients’ awareness and satisfaction with the policy was analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate binary logistic regression analysis.Results:The results of univariate analysis showed that age,income,place of residence,educational background,working status and medical background were the influencing factors of patients’ cognition of the policy.The results of multivariate analysis showed that income,educational background and medical background were the independent influencing factors of patients’ awareness of the policy.The results of univariate analysis showed that age,medical background and policy cognition were the influencing factors of patients’ satisfaction with the policy.The results of multivariate analysis showed that medical background and policy cognition were the independent influencing factors of patients’ satisfaction with the policy.Conclusion:Strengthening publicity and improving patients’ awareness and satisfaction with the policy is conducive to expanding the scope of application and benign impact of the policy.
