摘要
为将成浆性差、成浆浓度低的中国石化长城能源化工(宁夏)有限公司自有煤矿煤种A作为水煤浆气化的主力煤种,提高经济效益,研究了煤种A及周边地区煤种B、煤种D的基础性质、复配成浆性能、黏温特性及煤气化反应特性,并对煤种A1、煤种A2和煤种B的三元配煤技术经济性进行了分析。结果表明:煤种A单独制浆最高成浆质量分数仅为58%;多元配煤制浆实验中,煤种A1、煤种A2和煤种B质量比为5∶3∶2时,配煤成浆性较好,最高成浆质量分数为61%,配煤气化反应性较好且气化总成本最低。
In order to take the coal type A of the coal mine owned by Sinopec Great Wall Energy and Chemical(Ningxia)Co.,Ltd.with poor slurryability and low slurry concentration as the primary coal type for coal water slurry gasification and improve the economic benefit,the basic property,slurryability,viscosity-temperature characteristics,and coal gasification reaction characteristics of coal type A and the surrounding coal type B,coal type D were studied.The technical and economic analysis of ternary coal blending of coal A1,coal A2 and coal B was carried out.The results showed that the highest slurry content of coal type A through separate slurry making was only 58%.In the multi-type coal blending experiment for slurry preparation,when the mass ratio of coal type A1,coal type A2 and coal type B was 5∶3∶2,the slurryability of the blended coal was good,the highest slurry mass fraction was 61%,the blended coal had good gasification reaction characteristics,and the total gasification cost was the lowest.
