摘要
目的:评价我国职业女性母乳喂养体验和影响因素的质性研究。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Database)、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed数据库从建库至2021年3月与我国职业女性母乳喂养体验、喂养行为选择及影响因素等相关的质性研究,采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心(2016)质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行评价,采用汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。结果:共纳入6篇文献,提炼30个研究结果,将相似结果归纳组合成7个类别,合成3个整合结果。结论:现有证据表明,职业女性的母乳喂养问题应引起政府、社会和家庭的高度重视,给予哺乳期职业女性合理的关怀,增加家庭成员对母乳喂养的参与度,有针对性地进行健康教育,加强工作单位相关设施建设,尽可能满足母乳喂养需求,提高母乳喂养率。
Objective:To evaluate the qualitative research on breastfeeding experience and influencing factors of professional women in China.Methods:Qualitative studies on feeding behavior selection and influencing factors were retrieved from CBM,CNKI and WanFang Databases,VIP,PubMed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to March 2021.The articles were evaluated by using the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center(2016),and the results were integrated using an aggregative integration method.Results:A total of 6 articles were included,30 research results were extracted,similar results were summarized and combined into 7 categories,and 3 integrated results were synthesized.Conclusion:Existing evidence indicates that the breastfeeding of professional women should be paid more attention by the government,society and families.Reasonable care should be given to nursing professional women,family members′participation in breastfeeding should be increased,targeted health education should be carried out,relevant facilities in work units should be strengthened,so as to meet the needs of breastfeeding as much as possible and improve the breastfeeding rate.
