摘要
明清时期,晋商在积累了雄厚资本的同时也在不断实践中沉淀出其特有的精神——晋商伦理。晋商与关公有着天然的地域联结,晋商伦理中渗透着关公情结,晋商伦理内核渗透着关公文化。晋商通过关公崇拜提高自身的社会地位;晋商忠于商人职业、商帮精诚团结精神吸收了关公“忠仁”文化;晋商自强不息品质是关公文化中骁勇果敢的体现;晋商诚实守信伦理是关公文化“义绝”的真实写照。
Jin merchants not only accumulated massive wealth but also obtained a unique spirit,namely Jin merchant ethics,in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Jin merchants and Guan Gong have common origin of regions.The ethics of Jin merchants has Guan Gong complex and cultures.Jin merchants improve their social status through the Guan Gong worship.Jin merchants’loyalty and cooperation spirits reflect the loyalty aspect of the Guan Gong cultures;Jin merchants’continuous self-renewal embodies the courage aspect of the Guan Gong cultures;and Jin merchants’honesty and trustworthiness is a reflection of the righteousness aspect of the Guan Gong cultures.
