摘要
以酸性氯化铜蚀刻废液为原料,采用一步沉淀法,加入适量的表面活性剂,制备得到分散均匀的棒状纳米碱式碳酸铜。考查了原料稀释倍数、乙醇加入量、表面活性剂对纳米碱式碳酸铜的纯度、氯离子含量以及形貌的影响,并采用XRD、SEM对产品进行表征,结果表明:由酸性蚀刻液制备纳米碱式碳酸铜,加入乙醇10 mL,表面活性剂为PEG-2000,得到的碱式碳酸铜产品为分散均匀的棒状纳米颗粒,长100~200 nm,宽20~60 nm,且制备得到的纳米碱式碳酸铜的w(Cu^(2+))达55.5%以上,w(Cl^(-))低于0.01%。
Using the waste etching solution of acidic copper chloride as raw material,one-step precipitation method and adding appropriate amount of surface active agent were used to prepare rod-like nano basic copper carbonate. The effects of the dilution ratio of raw materials,the amount of ethanol added and the surfactant on the purity,chloride ion content and morphology of nano-sized basic copper carbonate were investigated. XRD and SEM were used to characterize the product.The results showed that: The nanometer basic copper carbonate was prepared by acidic etching solution,adding ethanol 10mL,and PEG-2000 as the surfactant. The obtained basic copper carbonate products were homogeneous rod-like nanoparticles with length of 100~200 nm and width of 20~60 nm,and the w(Cu^(2+))of the prepared nano basic copper carbonate was more than 55.5%,w(Cl^(-))is less than 0.01%.
