摘要
全球化时代跨文化传播深刻影响着国家整体形象的塑造,关乎国家综合国力和文化软实力的提高。充分挖掘酿造中国白酒的泸州老窖古窖池文化资源价值,透过泸州老窖窖池文化的古窖池群——活态物质文化遗产资源和传统酿制技艺——活态非物质文化遗产,提炼泸州老窖国宝窖池的文化内涵,凝练泸州老窖酿酒精神的时代价值。用窖池文化为魂,以酿酒品质为本,从跨文化传播视角向世界讲好讲透中国白酒的文化故事;用文化为白酒赋能,以酿造高品质美酒为窖池文化的载体,向世界讲好中国民族品牌故事,传播中华酒文化,提升中国白酒的国际影响力,强化中国白酒文化的全球传播。
Cross-culture communication in the era of globalization has a profound impact on the building of a country’s overall image, and is related to the improvement of a country’s comprehensive national strength and cultural soft power. Therefore, we should fully exploit the cultural resource value of Luzhou Laojiao pit culture. Through the tangible cultural heritage(ancient pits) and intangible cultural heritage(traditional liquor-making technology) of Luzhou Laojiao, the cultural connotation and value of Luzhou Laojiao ancient pits are extracted. The story of Chinese Baijiu needs to be told from the perspective of cross-culture communication, and the pit culture needs to take the high-quality Baijiu products as carrier, so that Chinese Baijiu culture can be spread, and the international influence of Chinese Baijiu can be enhanced.
