摘要
针对低浓度非稳态含硫冶炼烟气,采用有机胺可再生脱硫技术将烟气中的SO_(2)脱除,并回收得到高纯度的SO_(2)气体,尾气中ρ(SO_(2))≤100 mg/m^(3),达标排放。产出的高纯SO_(2)气体与空气配气后,配套“一转一吸”制酸系统,制备分析纯硫酸。制酸系统分析纯硫酸产出比例为100%,产品质量达到GB/T 625—2007《化学试剂硫酸》分析纯指标要求,具有良好的经济效益。
Aiming at the unsteady low concentration sulfur dioxide smelting flue gas,the organic amine renewable desulfurization technology is used to remove SO_(2) from the flue gas,and the high-purity sulfur dioxide gas is recovered,ρ(SO_(2))≤100 mg/m^(3) of the tail gas,which is up to standard discharge.After the produced high-purity SO_(2) is mixed with air,it is equipped with“one conversion and one absorption”acid preparation system to prepare analytical pure sulpjuric acid.The output proportion of analytical pure sulphuric acid in the acid making system is 100%,and the quality of sulphuric acid products meets the requirements of analytical purity index in GB/T 625-2007 Chemical reagent—sulfuric acid,which has good economic benefits.
