摘要
目的:以江苏省苏州高新区为例,分析2018—2020年基本公共卫生绩效评价结果与城市主体功能区的关系,为政府进一步优化基本公共卫生资源配置提供理论依据。方法:采用SPSS 25.0软件进行数据分析,记录2018—2020年苏州高新区基本公共卫生绩效评价得分及主体功能区的划分情况,采用重复测量方差分析法进行统计分析,对有统计学意义的因素采用两两比较法进行分析。结果:2020年苏州高新区基本公共卫生绩效评价得分高于2019年和2018年,差异有统计学意义(F=5.691,P=0.022),各功能区之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.243,P=0.908),区间与时间无交互效应(F=0.148,P=0.866)。结论:2018—2020年,苏州高新区基本公共卫生服务工作水平呈上升趋势,但基本公共卫生绩效评价结果在不同主体功能区之间差别不大。
OBJECTIVE Taking Suzhou New and High-Tech District as an example,to analyze the relationship between the scores of the National Basic Public Health Service from 2018 to 2020 and the urban functional area,and to provide theoretical basis for assisting public health officers to optimize the allocation of health resources.METHODS Statistical analysis was performed in IBM SPSS Statistics version 25.0.Scores of the National Basic Public Health Service and functional areas were recorded.Statistical analysis was performed using repeated measures ANOVA,and pairwise comparisons were further used for statistically significant fac⁃tors.RESULTS The scores of the National Basic Public Health Service in Suzhou New and High-Tech District in 2020 was higher than that in 2019 and 2018,and there was a statistically significant difference in time(F=5.691,P=0.022),while there was no sta⁃tistically significant difference among functional areas(F=0.243,P=0.908).In addition,there was no interaction of areas versus time(F=0.148,P=0.866).CONCLUSION The scores of the National Basic Public Health Service showed a general upward trend in Suzhou New and High-Tech District,but the results of the National Basic Public Health Service indicated little difference among functional areas.
