摘要
煤矸石可以替代天然砂石制备煤矸石混凝土,但是常规的煤矸石混凝土与普通混凝土相比具有强度低、工作性能差等缺陷。通过5类不同集料配比的试件对比,优化煤矸石混凝土的集料级配,并掺加一定量的石灰石粉,经过试验验证,可以在减少煤矸石混凝土的水泥用量的同时,改进煤矸石混凝土的性能。
Coal gangue can replace natural sand and stone to produce coal gangue concrete, but compared with ordinary concrete, conventional coal gangue concrete has the defects of low strength and poor working performance. Through the comparison of five kinds of specimens with different aggregate ratios, by optimizing aggregate gradation of coal gangue concrete and adding a certain amount of lime powder, it can be verified by experiments that the performance of coal gangue concrete can be improved while the cement content of coal gangue concrete is reduced.
