摘要
提出一种截顶辅助双层药型罩结构,采用正交优化设计的方法,研究药型罩锥角α、辅助药型罩厚度H、辅助药型罩材料3个因素对截顶双层药型罩射流成型的影响,选取L_(16)(3^(4))正交优化表,利用AUTODYN软件进行仿真计算,得到了3个因素对射流头部速度和射流动能影响的主次顺序,研究各因素对射流2个指标的影响规律,获得最优的结构组合。结果表明:射流头部速度的影响程度因素依次为:材料、厚度、锥角;射流动能的影响程度因素依次为:锥角、材料、厚度;综合分析,锥角55°、厚度6 mm、材料为钽时的方案,形成的射流整体性能最佳。
A truncated auxiliary double-layer liner structure was proposed.Based on the orthogonal optimization design method,the influence of the liner cone angleα,the auxiliary liner thickness H,and the auxiliary liner material on the jet forming of truncated double-layer liner was investigated.With the L_(16)(3^(4))orthogonal optimization table,the AUTODYN software was used for numerical simulation.The primary and secondary order of the influence of the three factors on the jet head velocity and jet flow energy was obtained.The influence of each factor on the two indicators of the jet was studied,and the optimal structural combination was finally obtained.The results showed that the influencing factors of jet head velocity were as follows:material,thickness and cone angle.The influencing factors of jet flow energy were as follows:cone angle,material and thickness.By comparing different design schemes,it was concluded that the jet has the best overall performance when the cone angle is 55°,the thickness was 6 mm and the material was tantalum.
