益生菌对急性轻型胰腺炎作用的倾向性评分匹配分析 被引量:1

EFFECT OF PROBIOTICS ON MILD ACUTE PANCREATITIS: A PROPENSITY SCORE MATCHING ANALYSIS

摘要 目的 探讨服用益生菌制剂对急性轻型胰腺炎病人的治疗作用。方法 回顾性分析我院2015—2020年收治的2 181例轻型胰腺炎病人的临床资料,根据病人入院后是否服用益生菌制剂分为益生菌组和非益生菌组。根据年龄、性别、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和体质量指数(BMI)对两组进行1∶1倾向性评分匹配,以分析益生菌对住院时间的影响。结果 倾向性评分匹配前,与非益生菌组比较,益生菌组住院时间和成功经口进食时间更长(t=2.82、2.95,P<0.05),腹痛复发率更高(χ^(2)=5.33,P<0.05)。经倾向性评分匹配分析,每组匹配到116例病人;匹配后两组成功经口进食时间、腹痛复发率、腹痛缓解时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但益生菌组住院时间更长(t=2.14,P<0.05)。结论 服用益生菌可延长轻型胰腺炎病人住院时间。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of probiotic preparations in patients with mild acute pancreatitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 2 181 patients with mild pancreatitis who were admitted to the hospital from 2015 to 2020. The patients were divided into probiotics group and non-probiotics group according to whether they took probiotics after admission. Based on the age, sex, C-reactive protein, and BMI, a 1∶1 propensity score matching(PSM) was performed for the two groups to analyze the effect of probiotics on the length of hospital stay. Results Before the PSM, the probiotics group had significantly longer length of hospital stay and time to successful transoral diet(t=2.82,2.95;P<0.05) and a significantly higher recurrence rate of abdominal pain(χ^(2)=5.33,P<0.05) compared with the non-probiotics group. Based on the PSM,116 patients were matched in each group;after the PSM, there were no significant differences between the two groups in time to successful transoral diet, recurrence rate of abdominal pain, and time to abdominal pain remission(P>0.05), but the length of hospital stay was significantly longer in the probiotics group(t=2.14,P<0.05). Conclusion Probiotics can increase the length of hospital stay of patients with mild pancreatitis.
