摘要
非物质文化遗产根植于地域生活生产形式,反映出文化活态的传承特征,而茶马互市的形成与发展正是建立在特定历史社会演变过程中的特殊表现形态。本文通过对茶马互市重要节点天水地区的历史演变进行梳理,以罐罐茶的社会认同性为对象,从朴实的茶具、熬煮程序和茶饮习惯等三个方面探讨其传统技艺特征,并对罐罐茶的文化内涵进行解析,旨在提出西部地区非物质文化遗产保护与传承的思路。
The intangible cultural heritage is rooted in the way of regional life and production, showing the characteristics of living cultural heritage. The formation and development of tea-horse trade is a special form of expression established in the specific historical and social evolution process. Based on the analysis of the historical evolution of Tianshui, an important node of the tea-horse trade, this paper takes the social identity of pot tea as the object, discusses its traditional technical characteristics from three aspects of simple tea sets, boiling procedures and tea drinking habits, and analyzes the cultural connotation of pot tea, aiming to put forward ideas for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in the Western Region.
