饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1的毒性机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)是当下所有已知的霉菌毒素中分布最广、最具代表性的毒素,具有强毒性、致癌性和致畸性。常见的饲料原料极易受到AFB1污染,严重危害动物健康,不仅给养殖生产带来重大经济损失,还会残留于动物产品中威胁人类健康。AFB1的毒性机制包括抑制动物生长发育、氧化应激、线粒体损伤、内质网应激、免疫毒性、细胞凋亡及脂质代谢紊乱等方面。文章对AFB1在体内的代谢过程及其毒性机制进行了综述。 Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) is the most widely distributed and most representative toxin among all known mycotoxins.It is highly toxic,carcinogenic,and teratogenic.Common feed ingredients are extremely susceptible to AFB1 pollution,which seriously endangers animal health.It not only brings significant economic losses to the production of breeding industry,but also further threatens human health by remaining in the animal products.The toxicity mechanism of AFB1 includes inhibition of animal growth and development,oxidative stress,mitochondrial damage,endoplasmic reticulum stress,immunotoxicity,cell apoptosis,and lipid metabolism disorder.The article reviewed the metabolic process in the body and the toxicity mechanism of AFB1.
