摘要
目的探讨早期声门型喉癌患者给予低温等离子射频消融术(LTPRFA)治疗的疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在郑州大学附属郑州中心医院治疗的早期声门型喉癌患者共计80例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分成观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组给予喉部分切开术治疗,观察组给予LTPRFA治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、手术相关指标、喉功能、复发率及并发症。结果观察组疾病控制率(DCR)较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术时间及住院时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后基频、标准化噪声能量、振幅微扰降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),谐噪比提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组基频、标准化噪声能量、振幅微扰较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),谐噪比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期声门型喉癌患者给予LTPRFA治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善手术相关指标及喉功能,降低复发率及并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation(LTPRFA)in patients with early-stage glottic laryngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 80 patients with early-stage glottic laryngeal cancer who were treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by different treatment method.The control group was treated with partial laryngeal incision,and the observation group was treated with LTPRFA.The clinical efficacy,surgery-related indicators,laryngeal function,recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the disease control rate(DCR)in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less(P<0.05),and the operation and hospital stay time were significantly shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the fundamental frequency,normalized noise energy,and amplitude perturbation in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the harmonic-to-noise ratio was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the fundamental frequency,normalized noise energy,and amplitude perturbation in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),the harmonic-to-noise ratio was significantly higher(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LTPRFA for patients with early-stage glottic laryngeal carcinoma can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the operation-related indicators and laryngeal function,and reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications.
