摘要 在符合大赛规则及赛车性能的情况下利用CATIA建立FSAE赛车车身三维模型,并结合CFD仿真分析对空气动力学套件进行外流体域分析。通过丝带法测试赛车车身流场并与CFD仿真分析流场相论证,验证了CFD仿真分析结果的可靠性。该空气动力学套件具有较高的下压力、较高的升阻比、更好的气动性能等优点,可为FSAE赛车空气动力学套件的设计开发提供参考。 The three-dimensional model of FSAE car body was established by CATIA under the condition of meeting the competition rules and car performance,and the outflow domain analysis of the aerodynamics package was carried out combined with CFD simulation analysis.The flow field of racing car body was tested by ribbon method and compared with CFD simulation to verify the reliability of CFD simulation results.The aerodynamic package has the advantages of higher down force,higher lift drag ratio and better aerodynamic performance,which can provide reference for the design and development of FSAE racing aerodynamic package.
