摘要
防撞墙是桥梁建设中不可缺少的一部分,在防止汽车驶离公路、确保车辆和乘客的安全以及防止事故所造成的损害方面起着重要作用。运用ABAQUS建立了碰撞体模型,对汽车—防撞墙碰撞的过程进行了动态分析,在有限元模拟中以碰撞速度、加速度和碰撞能量作为研究变量,并制定了时程曲线,研究不同撞击位置下防撞墙的破坏过程,验证此种装配式混凝土防撞墙的可靠性,为装配式防撞墙设计提供参考。分析结果表明:在车速80km/h、碰撞角度为20°的条件下,车辆碰撞护栏能量小于规范中要求的400kJ,且满足车辆碰撞时防撞墙最大变形量不得超过100mm的要求;在不同的撞击点作用下,混凝土防撞墙峰值冲击力和最大动态变形量值都满足规范要求;故汽车在与装配式混凝土防撞墙发生碰撞时符合基本规则,装配式混凝土防撞墙在受到汽车撞击时展示出良好的性能。
Theanti-collision wall is an indispensable part in bridge construction.It plays an important role in preventing cars from leaving the highway,ensuring the safety of vehicles and passengers and preventing the damage caused by accidents.The collision body model is established by using ABAQUS,and the dynamic analysis of the collision process between automobile and anti-collision wall is carried out.In the finite element simulation,the collision speed,acceleration and collision energy are taken as the research variables,and the time history curve is formulated to study the failure process of anti-collision wall under different collision positions,so as to verify the reliability of this kind of prefabricated concrete anti-collision wall,and provide reference for the design of prefabricated anti-collision wall.The analysis results show that:when the vehicle speed is 80km/h and the collision angle is 20°,the energy of vehicle collision guard bar is less than 400kJ required in the specification,and meets the requirement that the maximum deformation of anti-collision wall shall not exceed 100mm during vehicle collision.Under the action of different collision points,the peak impact force and the maximum dynamic deformation of concrete anti-collision wall meet the requirements of the specification;therefore,when the vehicle collides with the prefabricated concrete anti-collision wall,it complies with the basic rules,and the prefabricated concrete anti-collision wall shows good performance when collided by the vehicle.
