摘要
为了打造绿色制造模式,实现企业的节能减排,针对考虑可再生能源的可重入混合流水车间调度问题,构建了两阶段可重入混合流水车间调度优化模型(TSRHFS-RE),同时考虑实际生产中的制造阶段和检测修复阶段。提出了基于樽海鞘群和NSGA-Ⅱ的混合算法(IHSN),其中设计了工件的逐层编码方案,考虑能源分配的两阶段解码策略,子种群协同进化策略,樽海鞘追随者位置更新策略,改进的NSGA-Ⅱ交叉策略和外部档案重复个体变异策略。通过对不同规模测试算例的仿真实验,验证了所提算法对求解TSRHFS-RE问题的有效性以及在生产调度中应用可再生能源实现低碳制造的可行性。
Aiming at the green manufacturing model,reentrant hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with renewable energy was studied.Two-Stage Reentrant Hybrid Flow Shop with Renewable Energy scheduling optimization model(TSRHFS-RE)was established by considering the manufacturing stage and inspection and repair stage simultaneously.A hybrid algorithm based on Salp swarm algorithm and NSGA-Ⅱwas proposed,in which the layer-by-layer encoding scheme of jobs,two-stage decoding strategy with renewable energy,sub-population co-evolution strategy,followers'position update strategy,improved NSGA-Ⅱcross strategy,and duplicate individuals'mutation strategy in external archive were designed.Through the simulation experiments of different scale test cases,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for solving TSRHFS-RE problem and the feasibility of using renewable energy to realize low-carbon manufacturing in production scheduling were verified.
