摘要
为确定LNG浮式转接驳平台离岸的安全距离,以一艘3万m^(3)LNG船为例,对不同环境工况下长距离LNG的输送软管进行动力学分析,分析系统的安全性以及经济性,利用AQWA与Orcaflex软件模拟海上漂浮软管输油系统,计算漂浮软管在风浪流环境影响下的最优长度、漂移量,以及张力变化,确定LNG浮式转接驳平台安全合理的离岸距离,并进行安全性验证。计算结果表明,漂浮软管在连接端点的位置所受张力最大,建议转接驳离岸最远距离为800 m,考虑到系统受力、漂移量等因素,建议软管长度为900 m,此时系统的安全性和经济性最合理。
In order to determine the safe distance from the shore of the LNG floating transfer barge platform,taking a 30000 m^(3)LNG carrier as an example,dynamic analysis of long-distance LNG transportation hoses under different environmental conditions was carried out.In view of the safety and economy of the entire system,the offshore floating hose oil delivery system was simulated using AQWA and Orcaflex software,and the optimal length,drift and tension changes of the floating hose under the influence of wind,waves and currents were calculated,so as to determine the safe and reasonable distance from the shore of the transfer barge platform.The calculation results showed that the floating hose is subject to the greatest tension at the connection end point.It was recommended that the longest distance between the transfer barge and the shore is 800 m;considering the force and drift of the system,the recommended hose length is 900 m.In this case,the safety and economy are the most reasonable.
