摘要
实验室中石油产品运动黏度测定试验采用GB/T 265—1988的分析方法,该分析方法对试验中每一步的精准度要求严格。探究试验恒温时间、流经粘度计的试验时间、试样的洁净度、取样量的准确度等因素对石油产品运动黏度测定的影响,其中,运动黏度测定的主要影响因素是试样的洁净度,并提供了相应提升试验准确性的判断和改善措施。
The analysis method of GB/T 265—1988 is used for determination of kinematic viscosity of petroleum products in the laboratory.This analysis method has strict requirements on the accuracy of each step in the test.The effects of test constant temperature time,test time flowing through the viscometer,cleanliness of sample,accuracy of sampling quantity and other factors on the determination of kinematic viscosity of petroleum products are explored.Among them,the cleanliness of sample is the main influencing factor for the determination of kinematic viscosity,and the corresponding judgment and improvement measures to improve the accuracy of test are provided.
