摘要
经过多年发展,我国已经初步形成了以政府、行业、企业、大学、科研院所等多个主体共同参与的职业教育集团办学发展模式,为我国的经济和社会发展提供人才支持,但也存在着产教对接不紧密,资源融合不充分,校企合作不深入,示范效应不显著等问题。本文从构建职教集团多元主体间的互利共赢,职教集团项目化运行常态化,校企共育产教融合型企业,校企共建产业学院等四个角度提出了促进职教集团高质量发展的思路,为完善多元主体职业教育集团发展机制提供了有力支持和发展方向。
After years of development,China has initially formed a school-running development mode for vocational education group with the participation of government,industry,enterprises,universities,scientific research institutes and other subjects,which provide talent support for China's economic and social development.However,there are also some problems,such as the less linkage between industry and education,insufficient integration of resources,incomplete cooperation between institutes and enterprises,and non-significant demonstration effect.This paper put forward the ideas of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education group from four aspects:constructing mutual benefit and win-win results between multiple subjects of vocational education group,normalizing the project-based operation of vocational education group,co-breeding industry-education-integrated enterprises by institutes and enterprises,and co-constructing engineering institutes by institutes and enterprises,etc.,which provided strong support and development direction for improving the development mechanism of multi-subject vocational education group.
