摘要
仿生导引可认为是对于某一个生物具体动作的模仿,早期先民生产生活中由于客观条件的限制,产生了对动物的崇拜。图腾文化在中国的出现正是对于动物某一特征的崇拜,如鸟、虎、熊等。在《引书》中共出现了16种仿生导引,如尺蠖、枭栗、虎引等,对于动作大部分都进行了具体的阐述。这对后世《引书》动作的复原提供了很大帮助。文章从《引书》中仿生导引动作变化、适应疾病以及与导引吐息的关系来探讨先秦时期仿生导引的变化。
Bionic exercising can be regarded as the imitation of a specific biological action. Due to the limitation of objective conditions, the early ancestors worshipped animals. The emergence of totem culture in China is the worship of certain characteristics of animals, such as birds, tigers, bears and so on. There are 16 kinds of bionic exercising in Yinshu, such as inchworm, owl chestnut, tiger guide and so on. This is of great help to the recovery of the movements in the book of quotations.This article discusses the changes of the bionic exercising in the pre-Qin period from the changes in the movements of the bionic exercising, adaptation to diseases and the relationship with the breath.
