Key Construction Technology of Box Girder Segments Pre-casting and Splicing for Railway Viaducts

摘要 帕德玛大桥铁路连接线位于孟加拉国中西部,是孟加拉国东、西部客货运输交流的又一条主通道,新建铁路正线全长168.6km。3座高架桥上部结构主要采用34m和38m跨度简支混凝土简支箱梁,采用节段预制胶拼、曲梁曲做的工艺,制、运、架数量多。通过对比优选,确定预制梁场和运架方法,并对预制、胶拼和线形监控施工关键技术进行介绍,成桥线形及结构受力满足设计和规范要求。 Padma Bridge rail link project is located in the middle-west of Bangladesh, it is another main channel of both freight and passenger transportation and communication between the east and west of Bangladesh. Main line of the newly built railway is 168.6 km. Superstructure of the three viaducts mainly adopt 34 m and 38 spans of concrete simply-support box girders. The box girder viaducts adopt the technologies of pre-casting and splicing, curve casting for curve girders. Quantity of casting, handling and erecting segments are large. Locating of pre-casting yards, handling and erection method are selected by comparing and optimizing, and key construction technologies of pre-casting and splicing, and linear monitoring are stated. The bridge linear and the structural stress are satisfactory with the design and specification requirements.
