中承式钢管混凝土拱桥加固处治关键技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以中承式钢管混凝土拱桥加固处治项目为工程背景,首先给出采用机械切割结合斜拉扣挂缆索吊装法拆除钢管混凝土拱桥的控制原则,在此原则下采用未知荷载系数法确定该桥扣索力。分析表明,在给定扣索力作用下,拱顶截面内力减小幅度在96%以上。根据桥墩结构形式,考虑地形影响,采用现浇钢筋混凝土底板提高原桥扩大基础承载力,满足现行规范要求。针对吊杆局部锚固区域进行细部分析,结果表明主梁及拱肋吊杆锚固区最大Von Mises应力为174.9MPa,满足规范要求。 Taking the reinforcement and treatment project of the half-through concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge as the engineering background, a control principle of demolishing the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge by mechanical cutting combined with inclined cable hoisting method is given. Under this principle, the unknown load coefficient method is used to determine the cable force of the bridge. The analysis shows that the internal force of the vault section decreases by more than 96% under the given cable force. According to the pier structure form, considering the influence of terrain, the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab is used to improve the bearing capacity of the original bridge to meet the current specification requirements. Detailed analysis was carried out on the local anchorage zone of the suspender, and the results showed that the maximum Von Mises stress in the anchorage zone of the girder and arch rib suspender was 174.9 MPa, meeting the specification requirements.
