考虑石粉含量配合比设计的机制砂混凝土抗裂性能试验研究

摘要 机制砂混凝土的抗裂能力是影响其耐久性的一个重要因素。本文基于致密堆积方法,考虑石粉含量和骨料级配,试验研究了不同的配合比设计方法对机制砂混凝土抗裂能力的影响。试验结果表明:考虑机制砂石粉含量进行混凝土配合比设计时,C30混凝土试件单位面积的总开裂面积从412 mm^(2)/m^(2)减小为215.05 mm^(2)/m^(2),C40混凝土试件单位面积的总开裂面积从355.31 mm^(2)/m^(2)减小为195.42 mm^(2)/m^(2),C50混凝土试件单位面积的总开裂面积从476.98 mm^(2)/m^(2)减小为113.65 mm^(2)/m^(2)。采用最大密实度理论配合比设计方法配制的混凝土,其抗裂能力得到提高。 Crack resistance of manufactured sand concrete is an important factor affecting durability.Based on the maximum density theory,considering the stone powder content and aggregate gradation,this paper compares the influence of different mix design methods on the crack resistance of manufactured sand concrete.Compared with the original mix proportion design method,the total cracking area of C30 concrete specimen decreases from 412 mm^(2)/m^(2)to 215.05 mm^(2)/m^(2),the total cracking area of C40 concrete specimen decreases from 355.31 mm^(2)/m^(2)to 195.42 mm^(2)/m^(2),and the total cracking area of C50 concrete specimen decreases from 476.98 mm^(2)/m^(2)to113.65 mm^(2)/m^(2).The mix proportion design method based on the maximum density theory can effectively adjust the amount of manufactured sand in concrete according to the stone powder content in manufactured sand,which can improve the crack resistance of manufactured sand concrete.
