高速公路服务区光伏与虚拟电厂协同控制策略研究 被引量:6

摘要 为有效提升高速公路用能体系新能源消纳比重,推动高速公路绿色转型发展,本文提出了一种高速公路服务区光伏发电系统与服务区典型用电负荷构成的虚拟电厂协同互动的控制策略。通过整合高速公路服务区典型可控负荷,按类型分别聚集形成虚拟电厂,与光伏出力相配合,实现最大化消纳绿色能源,结果验证了策略的有效性和适用性。本文提出的交通与新能源融合发展模式和调控策略为加快高速公路绿色低碳发展提供了新的发展思路。 In order to effectively increase the proportion of new energy consumption in the expressway energy system and promote the green transformation and development of expressways,this paper presents a strategy which makes photovoltaic power generation system and typical load in expressway service area interact effectively.The virtual power plant,includes temperature loads,the EVs. Virtual power plants are aimed at matching the photovoltaic output and maximizing the consumption of green energy.Results show the effectiveness and applicability of the strategy. The integrated development model and regulation strategy of transportation and new energy proposed in this paper provide new development ideas for accelerating the green and low-carbon development of expressways.
