可降解镁合金骨植入对大鼠肝肾功能影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effects of Degradable Magnesium Alloy Bone Implantation on Blood Routine and Liver and Kidney Function in Rats

摘要 目的观察可降解镁合金材料骨植入对大鼠肝、肾组织功能和结构的影响。方法将体重200~300 g的SD大鼠12只采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组6只。实验组大鼠双侧股骨髁骨植入WE43镁合金试样,对照组大鼠双侧股骨髁部位只切开皮肤即缝合,不做植入处理;两组术后采用同样的抗菌素处理,并在相同的条件下饲养。比较两组术后3个月血WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT、ALT、AST、γ-GT、ALP、BUN、Cr、UA水平,观察大鼠肝脏、肾脏和脾脏组织变化。结果实验组WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT、ALP、BUN、Cr水平低于对照组,ALT、AST、γ-GT水平均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组UA低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病理检查结果显示,实验组动物肝、肾组织形态结构正常。结论WE43镁合金骨植入可降低大鼠血UA水平,但对血常规、肝功、其他肾功能指标及其组织结构可能无影响。 Objective To observe the effects of biodegradable magnesium alloy bone implantation on the function and structure of liver and kidney in rats.Methods SD rats weighing 200-300 g were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 6 rats in each group.WE43 magnesium alloy samples were implanted into bilateral femoral condyles of rats in the experimental group,while the skin of bilateral femoral condyles of rats in the control group was only cut and sutured without implantation treatment.The two groups were treated with the same antibiotics after operation and raised under the same conditions.The blood WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT,PLT,ALT,AST,γ-GT,ALP,BUN,Cr and UA levels in the two groups were compared 3 months after operation,and the changes of liver,kidney and spleen tissues in rats were observed.Results The levels of WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT,PLT,ALP,BUN and Cr in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of ALT,AST andγ-GT were higher than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The level of UA in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pathological examination results showed that the liver and kidney tissues in the experimental group were normal.Conclusion WE43 magnesium alloy bone implantation can reduce the serum uric acid level in rats,but it may not affect blood routine,liver function,other renal function indexes and their tissue structure.
